Processing time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Damaged or lost orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at valentino@butikunik.store within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Canvas wall art packaging All canvas prints are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use protective materials to prevent damage during shipping.
